Photorealism painting - View of Yarra Glen
The frustrating thing about painting photorealistic landscapes is that it is extremely difficult. This painting Bert rushed finishing because it had to be framed in time for the Yarra Glen art show.
Bert painted the clouds with my fingers. And they don’t look quite right.
Yarra Glen is such a beautiful pace. Hopefully Bert will eventually be able to it justice with a photorealist painting.
The fence was the easiest thing to paint. And yet it looks the best.
Dimensions: 90x60cm.
Painted: 2015.
Materials: Acrylic on MDF board.
Availability: Private Collection.
