The difficult part of the statement ‘kill tyrants’ is determining who is/isn’t a tyrant. There are many good definitions.

Ultimately, tyrants create a world where the strong dominate the weak, and the voice of the people is suppressed, making it difficult for any kind of meaningful change or progress to take place.
