This painting is based on a photograph taken on 30th July 2014 from the following location in Yarra Glen. There was quite a bit of a storm coming on that day! It was towards the end of the day where Bert had set out riding his bicycle with his camera in a backpack. He took many great photos but this particular one was the most interesting. It has a surfeit of interesting elements from the foreground to the background.
